Never Say When
spent the last couple of weekends working on their debut album, due out later this year. These guys just
get better and better with each session, and their songs just continue to impress us!
Their new drummer did a fantastic job during her sessions and laid down some nice grooves. The band will be continuing
their sessions throughout the summer to put the finishing touches on their twelve songs.
So how do you hang out during a busy recording
session while waiting for your turn in the hot seat? Never Say When
has it figured out! With six members in the band, and generally only one tracking at a time, the other five
have to find something to keep them occupied.
We had fun capturing some random webcam images during their latest session.
Whether it's surfing the internet, studying for an exam, chowing down on
a granola bar, shopping on ebay, or napping under a fuzzy blanky, these
guys know how to relax before their take. Amazingly, each one of them
just steps up
to the mic or their
instrument and puts down
incredible take after take. No pressure at all.
That's a sign of true talent!
The Indigo is working on their debut album on
Blue Stream Records. Scheduled for a late 2009 release, their energetic, textured songs will be bouncing around
in your head for days!
